Mindfulness Meditation For Success - The Science Of Happiness

Mindfulness and true happiness can be a way of life. Meditation for success can be done in several various methods, just find the one that works finest for your comfort zone.

The science of happiness can be understood much more often in your daily life.

I mean being more content and happy than you have actually been is an incredibly difficult task to accomplish, but not in the practice of it once you get the hang of it and keeping familiar with exactly what you have discovered.

I still say that with mindfulness and happiness you can succeed at anything you set out to do in life.

The path that you have picked that led you to your current scenario was not a couple of days or months in the making, however was a strenuous and long course that has covered through several years.

In reality it has actually taken you as long as you have been alive to end up being what and who you are today.

It has actually taken you that long to achieve exactly what you have accomplished, and to come to your current condition.

Does Meditation for Joy and Happiness really work?

By making the effort to practice and believe mindfulness and happiness and meditation for success, and exactly what you have in your life is truly exactly what you desire.

If you are entirely pleased with how and the manner your life is going, congratulations-do more of what you have been doing and you will get more of exactly what you already have in your life.

If who you are, exactly what you want, what you have, and your present conditions are less than what you want, or maybe are far from exactly what you want, you might want to consider mindfulness and happiness.

Meditation for joy and happiness can begin helping you along with some basic changes you will have to make in your life.

Failure to make those changes will discover you continuing to look for the important things you actually would like in your life as the years pass by.

Previously I discussed meditation and about your higher-self and self-awareness realized for a better life.

Is Happiness created Within?

Some of this that you read will appear a bit boring when it comes to meditation for joy and happiness, and it might at first not sink in, triggering you to ridicule meditation for success.

As the Course in Miracles teaches, "Do not be afraid to look within," and when we go within to the core of who we are can be truly exciting.

I 'd like to suggest to you that before you might take lightly rather than deeply how mindfulness and happiness meditation can assist you through your life, ask yourself whether you want it to be true-then for your benefit, and please give yourself the chance to see it as true.

In this day and time with all the important things we have to handle in our lives it is very difficult to remain on a favorable level and be happy all the time.

Finding Happiness

It's not often that we think and stop is there actually the science of happiness.

Simply taking a couple of minutes a day to merely go within yourself to the core of who you are, by yourself will assist you to keep things in a right-minded perspective of how to achieve your dreams and goals and get the life you want.

I mean, the point of this article has been to help you see that instead of being unhappy about the situation you remain in, you can discover a way to uncover the light of your destiny.

Mindfulness and happiness and meditation for success may open the door so you will see that life is here to offer you the life you want, and not to keep happiness and success from you.

(As always I suggest searching the web for more enlightening material on how to do mindfulness meditation and make it a part of your daily routine for a better life.)

To uncovering your inner light!

Self Help For Success In Life - It's In Your Positive Mental Attitude And Beliefs

I'm not smart enough. For years, that negative attitude was my self help for more mediocrity. I said those words to myself in the 4th grade after I was informed I needed to start staying after class to be tutored. Each day afterward, as I watched everyone else go home on time, my attitude toward myself and being tutored was, No one else needs to stay late for extra help...but I do; it must be because I'm not smart enough.

Over time, "I'm not smart enough" became my belief about myself and my ability for success. For twenty years, I wouldn't take on certain challenges. I "knew" I'd never be a professional speaker or write a book or articles. I "knew" I wasn't smart enough for things like that, so why even try? My lack of success and limited potential seemed to be completely dictated by ONE moment when I was nine years old.

Not so. Years later, I learned a powerful self help principle for success - Reality does not hold back. Our perception of reality holds us back. I learned that "being tutored" was simply what happened, but I perceived it to mean - "I must not be smart enough". The reality of being tutored hadn't held me back; my perception of "being tutored" had held me back.

Everyone has belief barriers in one form or another, which were developed as a result of having an experience, making it mean something, formulating a negative attitude, and reinforcing that attitude over and over and over until it became a self-limiting belief.

Here are some examples of self-limiting attitudes and beliefs that can hold us back from success in some areas of life:

I'm not smart enough. I'm not good enough. I don't have the right background. I'm not lovable. I just don't have the time. I'm too shy. I'm too tall....too small.. Things never work out. I'm just not cut out for that. I'm too old. I'm too young. I hate myself. I've never been any good at that. I'm not worthy. I never catch a break. I'm too stubborn. I don't have enough patience.

What belief barriers hold you back from success? As you consider your limiting beliefs and your past experiences that gave rise to them, imagine that a couple of doctors performed surgery on you.

From head to toe, they removed every bone and piece of soft tissue from your body and analyzed it closely under a microscope.

Here's the ten million dollar question - Is there anywhere in your miraculous body that those surgeons would physically find an organ called, "I'm not good enough"? Is there anywhere the surgeons would find a bone or some other anatomy called "I'm not smart enough" or "I don't have the right background"?

Of course not! No such thing exists in your body like your collarbone exists. Such limitations are not tangible. Limiting beliefs only exist in your language; your attitude; what you say about yourself.

Relative to "being tutored", was it possible for me to say something more positive to myself? What if I had said or adopted the positive attitude, "I'm spending extra time filling up that big, smart brain of mine?" Had that been my self help attitude about being tutored, my success in many areas would have come much more quickly.

Once I understood that my belief about being stupid, ONLY existed in my language because of what I'd been telling myself over and over for years and years, I instantly became smart enough to start a business, begin the journey to being a speaker and writer! I didn't become "smart enough" by going back to school and making good grades. It instantly happened when the "I'm not smart enough" lie I'd been telling myself was exposed.

Never forget your ability to call into question the disempowering attitudes that you have believed about yourself. That's a powerful form of self help because in doing that, you expose the lies and instantly see new possibilities for yourself and your capabilities. From there, you can have instant progress and success where there has been none before.

What lies have you been telling yourself, about your own capabilities, that don't enable you to reach your next level of success?

Arnold Schwarzenegger This Speech Broke The Internet AND Most Inspiring Speech- It Changed My Life.

How Do I Commit TOTALLY to My Goals?

Commitment is one of the scariest words in any language. It has so much meaning, possibility, opportunity and responsibility wrapped up in those three little syllables. When we commit to something, we make a promise at least to ourselves and often to others. These promises are show that we are serious, driven and all in. We're giving 100% and holding nothing back. Too often though we act as if it's a donation. We treat what should be a serious, consuming desire as if we're dropping some coins in the Salvation Army bucket at Christmas time.
Don't understand why I'm making this point and distinction? Consider the old story about the hen and the pig.
Hen and Pig were talking about the farmer. They really loved the farmer because he took such good care of them. So Hen suggested they do something nice for the farmer. "How about we make him a breakfast of ham and eggs, Pig?" Pig pauses and looks at Hen. "Well, I don't know Hen. For you that's a donation. For me that's a lifetime commitment!"
That's how we need to treat our Goals. They need to be lifetime commitments, not donations. Lifetime commitments drive us. They shape our thoughts. They focus our efforts and attention like nothing else. In many ways, though not all, Goals are like marriage. Both require a total commitment that permeates our entire being. They both require us to reshape our thoughts and actions so serve them.
Note well though. While your marriage should be more important than your Goals, your Goals should support your marriage. There should be no competition.
In marriage we commit totally to the other. We should hold nothing back. We give of ourselves without selfishness or resentment. We do whatever it takes to love our spouse daily.
In Goals we commit totally to the outcome. We hold nothing back in our pursuit of that outcome. We give of our time, talent and treasure without selfishness or resentment. We do whatever it takes to achieve those Goals.
Before you ask, of course I mean that our Goals have to be ordered to support and reinforce our Values. So "whatever it takes" in marriage and Goals does NOT mean something that violates our Values.
Our commitment to our Goals requires a similar relationship as a marriage. We have to be faithful to the Goal. We have to support the Goal. We have to put the Goal before for our selfish desires. Put another way, we have to chase one Goal, or one set of related Goals, only. We have to learn the skills and do the work required to move closer to our Goals. Finally we have to be willing to sacrifice to achieve our Goals.
Commitment means giving our Goals the same kind of attention and focus we give to our spouses. That's why commitment to our Goals is so difficult for some people. They either don't realize the level of seriousness Goals require, or they do and just can't make those kinds of promises.
Make those promises. Commit. Be the Pig.

The Wonderful Benefits of Coaching

VISION. You will have a clear idea of where you want to go and how to get there. Often we know the end result, but do not see what it takes to get there. This is critical for your success. You cannot do what you cannot see first. Coaching will ask you questions to make sure your vision is strong.
MOTIVATION. You will know what you really want and understand your unique values and motives to keep you moving forward. Stop procrastinating, delaying and putting off because of fears, perfectionism and doubts.
FOCUS. You will be able to operate with clear priorities, doing what is most important things which will allow you to excel In the midst of 'urgent' demands and busy chaotic schedules and lives.
CLARITY. Each coaching session deepens your learning about how you work and think. Coaching also prepares you for action and supports you in getting crystal clear on the steps to take. By work with a coach, you will get a helicopter perspective so that you can return to your business and navigate quickly because you have taken time to assess where you are going. You will be able to see what is right in front of you and developed a plan to forge ahead.
ENERGY. You will find yourself working at your optimum potential. Why? When you are operating in line with your values, life just simply comes together in an easy way. Coaching will give you with the encouragement, momentum, and natural dynamics to operate more efficiently and effectively. You cannot get more hours in the day, but if you have more energy, you will get more done and feel great!
SPEED. You will be more effective. Through planning and strategizing, you will be able to eliminate ineffective methods and enhance those methods that are most natural to supporting you in reaching your goals quicker.
PRODUCTIVITY. You will simply get more done. Coaching will keep your goals clear and in line with your vision. Next, it ensures that what you are doing is important to furthering the bottom line, not just want is urgent, easy or obvious. Then, the regular accountability provides a structure that will keep you moving forward, so you can really get it all done.
RESULTS. Through regular coaching and consistent follow-up, you will increase your bottom-line results. Profits. Clients. Personal Passions. Weight Lose. Whatever your objective is, coaching is a strategic partnership to support you in getting what you want as quickly as possible. If you are ready and motivated, you can actually double what you accomplish in a period of time.
SUCCESS. You will be more successful. Through keeping focused on what you want, the goals and the plan, coaching helps you keep the big picture in mind while you implement the small steps. While focusing on the goals, coaching monitors the balance in your whole life, so you are not distracted with life pulls but have all the elements of your life complimenting your actions. Before you know it, your goal is complete!
The Bottom Line
WHY WORK WITH A COACH?
The #1 reason to hire a coach is to have a strategic partner to THINK IT THROUGH. Your family is not neutral and does not necessarily have the ability to give constructive feedback. Your boss, up-line or co-worker are also not neutral and may have the same blind side that you do. Your friends only want to hear so much about your work and few are willing to spend hours planning with you. The most common misconception of coaching is that it's for people who are struggling and need help. While coaching can help these people too, we are not talking about people who NEED help. In order to be successful everyone needs to stop, think it through and plan.

2 Hours in the Morning Will Put You in 2% Club!

Do you set up yourself for failure every morning? If you hit snooze over and over again, yes you do, yet you didn't know till now. Two years ago, I was in your situation. It was my dream to be a successful person, you know, kinds of people who always look motivated and get things done in no time. I always knew waking up early would change my life, but the problem was not waking up early, it was sleeping early.
As you can relate, I thought I didn't have what it takes to have an amazing morning routine that over a couple of years it will transform to a success story. It was just a dream that I wanted, yes it was, not anymore!
Are these statements familiar to you?
• I'll wake up early tomorrow
• I've slept late, so I should sleep more.
• I don't do anything useful in the mornings anyways, so why should I wake up early?
• I'm just not the right person for growth and success, I lack the discipline.
If you relate to one of these or all and are nodding your head, this guide will definitely save you from the struggle.
I'll not even mention agonizing impacts of wasting your mornings because you're living them. Let's start with the benefits and how those benefits will change your life in better way.
The first and the best one, waking up early will give you mental strength. Probably, you're saying, "I wake up early every day for work/school and there's no mental advantage!". Okay, I've got a few questions for you: what do you do when you wake up? Go through your emails? Or social media? Or in rush to be on time for your work/school? Another question: what do you do for yourself? To have mental strength, you should work on yourself. According to a study contacted by the American Psychological Association having a good routine in the beginning of the day will reduce your depression, anxiety and stress. More than that, it will increase your satisfaction level which will become happiness.
Second, a good beginning routine will provide you physical benefits. For instance, I do a hundred pushups after I wake up (of course it's not the only exercise I do during the whole day), which skyrockets my energy for the day. I'm not suggesting you to do pushups, you can practice yoga or even go for a walk. Another physical benefit of having a good morning routine is consuming less calories. I made an experiment with a group of twenty people, ten of us slept late for the next month, on the other hand, the rest slept early. As a result, late sleepers ended eating more because when you sleep late you get hungry that's why you tend to eat more which over the years become obesity.
Third, a good beginning always provides spiritual rewards. Visualizing your success does give you inner peace. I remember myself visualizing working as a freelancer and making enough money to travel while working. And that gave me enough motivation every day to work towards my ambitions, thus, my relationships with people became better both at home and at work. When you work for what you visualize today, in some time you'll make it reality. Of course, practicing visualization is not the only way to have inner peace. Meditation, journaling or listing what you're grateful for will help as well.
Of course, there're many other benefits of waking up early, but in my opinion, those which are above are dominant to other benefits. What else will you ask for if you're mentally strong, healthy as a model and peaceful with yourself, right?
I hope you're ready to build your own amazing morning routine! No, don't say, "but I'm not a morning person". Everything starts in your mind, so change your mindset and be positive on waking up early. "Beliefs we've that are so deeply embedded that we don't even realize they guide our attitudes and behaviors", said author Ramit Sethi. In simpler words, what you believe is your reality. So, you better start believing the you're an early bird.
Your morning routine doesn't start in the morning; it starts the night before. Here are five things you need to do to develop a habit from 'Habit Starter Checklist' written by Rob Norback. First, always remind yourself the habit that you want to create, in this case it's waking up early. Second, break it down to small pieces to make it easier and doable, make a decision of routine in regards to your new habit. For example, what activities you'll include in your morning routine. Third, know what rewards it will bring to you. How I did this, I wrote how creating and following a morning routine will make my life better on a piece of paper and read it every day. Fourth, visualize your success with your morning routine. Finally, record the progress, it will definitely encourage you to keep going.
If you're having issues with sleeping because of stress, anxiety and uncertainty (worrying about future) of future, like I had in the past. I highly recommend you to write down negative thoughts like these on a piece of paper, then fold it and tear it apart, finally throw it away. By doing this, you kick out your negative thoughts from your head and you physically do something to them which is extremely relieving.
Other helpful activity to relax before sleep; deep breathing, silence your inner voice, so it won't be bothering you; think about good things, read a book, write diary or look forwards to an amazing night sleep. There's no a certain way to get relaxed before sleep, you can find which one works for you by trying them.
It's time to chase your dreams and since day starts in the morning, you need to have a good morning routine. Start off with encouraging yourself, I believe this is the first thing you should do in the morning. 'Today is going to be the most productive day of my life' this is what I say to myself when I wake up. You can find different ones for yourself such as 'I'll be on my best today', you got the idea.
Every time I wake and encourage myself, I get out of the bed and start doing pushups right away, of course, there're plenty of other exercises you can do. For instance, sit ups, walking, jogging, even dancing, do whatever you want to for approximately twenty minutes that fills you with energy.
Cold water is the enemy of sleep if you can take a cold shower then go for it, however, if not, just wash your face with cold water. Feel awake? Now, tell what you're grateful for, you can make a list of it if you wish. Here is what I am grateful for:
• Being able to wake up
• Living the life that I've always dreamt of
• Exercising
• Yummy breakfast
• Friend
• Going to cinema and spending a great time with my partner
• Being able to finish my projects on time
Read them all out loud (of course, yours will be different), by doing this you hack your brain that you're a successful person, therefore, more achievements coming for you today.
Take your time when creating your morning routine, creating my current morning routine took two years for me. At the beginning, I set up my alarm clock to 5 a.m. and I believed that it'll give me more energy and productivity. By contrast, it gave me nothing but sleepiness, when you do something gradually your chances of success are more likely. Let's say you normally wake up at 6 a.m. next day wake up at 5:45. Then, gradually continue to your wake up time goal with setting your alarm clock 15 to 30 minutes earlier. In short, start small, be persistent and you'll achieve your goal wake up time.
As I've said before, take your time, I didn't build my winning morning habit in a day but in two years. Don't put too much to your morning routine when you're at the beginning, I did that mistake. I read books, meditated, exercised, worked; however, it didn't fulfill me with happiness and I thought of giving up many times. Build your perfect morning routine gradually, for example, exercise, after exercising becomes a habit read a book after exercise. You don't get the whole building in a day, you build it and it takes time.

How to Set and Achieve any Goal you Have in Your Life - with John Assaraf Part 1

5 Self Improvement Tips You Need to Try to Live Your Best Life

According to a recent study, a shockingly sad 85% of people say they suffer from a lack of self-confidence.
To make matters worse, only one out of every three Americans say they’re currently happy with where they are in life.
Worldwide, only 13% of people say they’re enthusiastic about going to work everyday.
These statistics all point to one thing: most people seem at least somewhat unsatisfied with their lives.
Are you one of them?
If so, you need to read this post. We’ve collected 5 of the top self improvement tips you need to try to start seeing your life — and yourself — in a better light.

1. Enroll In A Self Improvement Course

Sometimes, you need the support of a group environment to help you propel yourself forward.
A group mentality doesn’t just hold you accountable. It also allows you to listen to the stories of others who may have faced the same challenges as you — and came out on the other side.
Look at options like the avatar energy master target course or even look for local mental health support groups to get started.

2. Stop Comparing Yourself To Others

It’s natural to want to see how you stack up in comparison to those around you. Social media has made it easier than ever.
It’s so simple to get stuck in a cycle of self-loathing, anxiety, and jealousy when compare where you are in life to your friends of family members.
Doing this will only hold you back. Remember, no matter how it might look on Facebook, these people also have their own challenges.
Plus, everyone has their own set of circumstances that influence the choices they make.
Our best advice? Log off, and celebrate your own accomplishments.

3. Ask Yourself This One Question Every Day

Many of us set lofty goals for ourselves — and we want to achieve them quickly.
However, get realistic about your pacing, and the actual attainability of these goals.
Before you fall asleep every night, ask yourself this question:
“What is one thing I did today that got me a step closer to my goals?”
This way, you’ll be able to clearly see that, even if all your dreams didn’t come true overnight, you’re well on your way to making them happen.

4. Give Back

Many of us struggle with a sense of self-worth. However, very few of us realize just how important we are to so many around us.
One way to start understanding how much you matter is by giving back.
Get involved in local volunteer work. Assist in taking care of your community garden, or volunteer at a local soup kitchen.
Even donate some of your own clothing to a shelter, or office your design services to a nonprofit.
This will help you to see the value in your life, and you’ll understand that even small actions can make a big difference.

5. Remember: You Deserve Success

Many people wrongly feel that the reason they aren’t successful is because they don’t deserve to be.
Stop beating yourself up over past choices and wishing you’d done things differently. You know in your heart that you’re just as worthy of success as every else.
Changing your mindset — and even repeating positive mantras to yourself in the mirror — will boost your self-confidence.

Use These Self Improvement Tips To Boost Your Self-Worth

We hope these five self improvement tips have reminded you about the importance of self-care.
No matter where you are in life, it’s always important to check in with yourself. Taking some time to focus on you is far from selfish — in fact, it can help you be more productive and more empathetic to the people around you.

How Are You Coping As Lockdown Restrictions Ease?

How have you found these past few weeks of lockdown? It may be that the weeks have seemed like a lifetime and many of us have been finding the loneliness and isolation a real struggle.
Without our normal daily distractions we may have started to realise that we live quite an isolated way of life, going to work then home, perhaps looking after children, maintaining our homes, maybe running a homebased business. Omit human interaction and socialising and it can be quite a lonely way of life.
It's only when something like a global pandemic occurs that we realise how important the incidentials like office banter, coffee mornings, gyms and quiz nights really are. They're not just places we pass through; they provide opportunities to catch up, socialise, discuss problems and enhance relationships.
Now that those restrictions are easing how are you coping with lockdown? Are you ready to revert back to 'normal' or do you need a little time to decide what you want, to readjust and regain your trust in the outside world?
At a time like this it's important to look after yourself, your mental health and do things that invest in a positive mindset, support your wellbeing and make you feel good.
- How comfortable is your home? As we've been spending more time there it's important to continue ensuring that it's a welcome place to return to. We may have used the time well and expended effort in tidying, cleaning and maybe introducing some brightness and colour by way of fabrics or pictures on the walls. All ways that have made your home feel good to come back to. Fresh bedding or a relaxing bath rather than a shower can be ways to treat yourself with more kindness. It's still tough at the moment, so be gentle with yourself. parents or children can become a little fraught if there's no respite and still no clear end to lockdown in sight.
- How have your relationships been at home? Living in each other's pockets, being full-on with a partner, Good manners, consideration and a sense of humour are especially important during these exceptional times. Continue planning constructive ways to spend your time together. Even if you're tired and don't particularly feel like making an effort, remember, home is not only about you. Maybe get the board games out, kick a ball around outside, revisit your music collection or old photograph albums. You may find these times become treasured moments where you enhance your family connection.
- Pay especial attention to mealtimes. Rather than simply grab food on the go or eat whatever's around, instead commit to making more of a feature of your meals, as they may well be the most important part of each day. Ensure that you're eating enjoyable, healthy, nutritious food and look after yourself. And these good habits can continue long after lockdown is over.
- Be wary of drowning your sorrows! Alcohol is actually a depressant and when we overindulge we consume an excess of toxins, hence becoming intoxicated. This then requires our body to work extra hard to clear those toxins out, so causing dehydration, headaches and low mood.
- Have you internet access? Keeping in touch with colleagues, family, friends and social groups online can be a great way of maintaining connections, discussing concerns and minimising loneliness. Many people enjoy skype and zoom calls, sharing photos, tips, support and advice, all valuable ways to feel less alone, especially in lockdown. And it's interesting to see how successful some people have become when they've moved their business to an online offering. Workshops, classes, delicious foods and clothing have adapted well to a home-delivery service.
- Plan for your down time. If you live alone, still plan your reading and TV viewing in advance. It's good to have something to look forward to. Make the most of an evening phone call by settling down with a brew for a leisurely chat with a friend. Treat yourself extra well; those little touches can make all the difference to how well you cope.
- Keeping a journal might be another way to find comfort and support. Record how you're feeling, the thoughts you're experiencing. Note a daily success or achievement and start to remind yourself of your value, worth and accomplishments. Focus on the good things you encounter, the beautiful sunrise, an unexpected kindness and stop discounting or taking these things for granted. It can take a little discipline to incorporate this routine into your daily life, but your journal may gradually start to include photos, pictures and other mementoes, so becoming a friend and making the entries more special.
Remember that everyone's been touched by this unprecedented pandemic. No one's been exempt. Whilst some will been more affected by it than others it's important to be kind both to yourself and to those in your life. Be mutually supportive and as we come out of lockdown appreciate what really matters to you. These tough times can bring with them great insights and inner peace.

Do You Know who You Are?
